Review exactly which cookies this website uses and choose what you allow. Your choice is stored in your own browser.
What cookies are, briefly
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store, so that certain information survives from one page view to the next. Related technologies such as local storage work in a similar way. We use very few of them, and we list every category below rather than hiding the detail behind a general statement. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not embed social media tracking pixels, and we do not share information with data brokers or advertising networks.

⚙️ Manage your preferences
Use the controls below to record what you allow. Your decision is saved in your own browser's local storage on this device and is not transmitted to us. If you use another browser or device, or clear your browsing data, you will be asked again.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Independently of the controls above, every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies. In Google Chrome the settings are found under Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies and Site settings. In Mozilla Firefox they sit under Privacy & Security, where Enhanced Tracking Protection and cookie exceptions can be adjusted. In Apple Safari the equivalent options are under Preferences and then Privacy on desktop, or Settings and then Safari on iOS. In Microsoft Edge they appear under Cookies and site permissions. Mobile browsers offer comparable settings in their own privacy sections. Please bear in mind that blocking strictly necessary items may cause parts of this website to behave unexpectedly, and that clearing cookies will erase the preference you saved here.
Changing your mind later
You can return to this page at any time to review or alter your decision, and a link to it appears in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent to analytics takes effect immediately for future page views. If you would like us to explain anything on this page in more detail, write to [email protected] or telephone (606) 639-4057 during business hours, and a person will answer you.
Further detail about how we handle personal information generally, including retention periods and the rights available to you, is set out in our Privacy Policy. The conditions governing use of this website are described in our Terms of Use.
